Shipping
- Free shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous states and DC via FedEx Ground.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur shipping charges. Please contact us at hello@kunaucollections.com for shipping rates.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
- We cannot ship orders to post office boxes.
- Orders are shipped within 5 business days. You can expect your package within 7-10 days.
- A waitlist is available for most out of stock items. You may join the list by providing your email address on the product page. Due to COVID restrictions, some wait times will be longer.
Returns
We hope you enjoy your purchase! We know if may take a few days to determine if your new items will work for you. If you decide to return your item, please note these requirements:
- Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt of order.
- Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returned items must be in new, undamaged condition and in the original protective packaging to be accepted. Items that are damaged, used or altered may be refused or result in an adjustment to your return.
- Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund, along with a 10% restocking fee.
- Credit card orders are refunded through a credit to the original account.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
- We cannot accept any returns on custom or special order items.
Making a Return
To make a return, please email hello@kunaucollections.com with your order number and confirmation email and zip code used to place your original order.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact our Customer Service team at hello@kunaucollections.com within 3 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will make things right.
